Icon Sport

I AM ICON ADIcon Sport is a youth athlete sport specific training program for male and female athletes age 8 through collegiate.  The focus of Icon Sport is overall speed, agility and conditioning for the individual athlete at their respective position within their competitive sport.

Athletes are instructed in all ares of nutrition so they may develop positive habits for now and years to come.  Discipline, consistency and intensity are aught at very high levels.

Programs are 6 weeks in length, 2 sessions per week, in 1 1/2 hour time slots.  Class size is limited to 6 athletes.  Athletes are divided by gender and age.

Icon 15

Icon 15Icon 15 is an accountability program focused on rewarding our most consistent members based upon their attendance at the gym.  Any member that works out 15 or more days in a month receives the coveted Icon 15 t-shirt, unique and only available to those reaching this level of dedication.  A new t-shirt color is awarded each month.

Icon Member of the Week

Icon "Member of the Week" is a recognition program for our most dedicated members who are in high standing and are striving to reach their full fitness potential.  Every week a new member is selected from the Icon 15 program achievers.  The "Member of the Week" is interviewed and their biography displayed near the front of the gym.  The program is to provide encouragement to all other gym members and recognition to the one selected for their dedication.
