Icon Gym and Training was founded January 6, 2006 and opened its doors on March 22, 2006. The concept behind Icon can be summed up in one word….Different! Icon is not a fitness center, nor a health club. It is as its name says, a gym and training facility. Health clubs and fitness centers provide amenities to all, from infants and children, through senior programs. Icon provides a facility that does not cater to all. It is an upscale adult only facility that does cater to anyone who wants to achieve results on any fitness level. Our members come in with a goal in mind and Icon provides the staff and services to help that member reach that goal. Whether you are seeking a personal trainer, sports specific training, weight management, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition or anything else that is exercise and or nutrition related, Icon will strive to provide it with excellence. Icon’s passion is fitness and its purpose is you, the member, assisting you in achieving all of your fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Icon Gym & Training's professionally designed 7,000+ sq. ft. facility offers a comfortable and motivating environment including first class mens and womens locker rooms with daily or long term secured lockers and shower facilities with complementary towel service.
